Great, I'll do one in the morning (cold air) and one on the way home.

Never got to do a good 3rd gear pull, but did get a pretty good 5th gear pull. New filter will be here tomorrow.

NOW I know why this thing was over $80!!! But it should fit perfectly against the driving light hole. Got it for $50.

Yeah that thing is a monster. Grab a datalog with it so we can see how that filter impacts the tune.

πŸ€”πŸ™„πŸ€« I think my measurements were off a bitπŸ€“ No worries, plastic cuts easy, might be better now?!?! The overall diameter on the front screwed me up. It now has a tighter seal and ram affect. The back is also ram air.

It is definitely pulling harder, it really feels like it wants to go. The air dam around the radiator has messed with my outside air temp., it seems to be reading low.

@EFICU
Here's the ugly side.

There's no ugly side if it helps performance. Haha.

Overall it looks pretty good. Fuel trims in WOT changed a little bit, so I made some adjustments for that. IAT's looked pretty good, not sure ambient temp in the datalog, but they overall line was pretty flat.

Thanks again. I was thinking of testing my stock honda injectors against the one's I an running now. Do you think there will be a difference in the datalog?

That one has a stutter problem sometimes and I think I saw knock

None of the knock were captured in a datalog, they all happened before you pressed the datalog button. As far as a stutter, we haven't had an issue for 20 revisions, so double check all the work you've done to the intake over the last few days and make sure it's all good and tight. For now, go back one revision and test for the stutter on that file. If the stutter remains, it's something mechanical. The only difference between Rev17 and Rev16 was some high cam fuel adjustments of a percent or two, nothing that would introduce a stutter all the sudden. So, load Rev16 back in and test that one. If the stutter is still present, check all your work on the intake and make sure everything is good.

As far as coils, I didn't know you were running different coils. Which coils are you running?

The stutter or cut happened at 2:15 on the first datalog, it shows I am full throttle, but the rpm stopped rising. I will go back one and see if it still happens on the last one.
As for the coil packs, I have had these in before I started any of the upgrades. Only recently I wondered if they are actually better or not. I bought the coil packs a couple years ago and can't remember the brand, they are blue and yellow.
Hope you're having a good Labor day weekend and safe from the fires.
