Alright, I got some datalogs... It was a dry morning so I quickly went out on the highway and got some datalogs... I did some low rpm ones again. It looks like the new tune you've provided gave me a lot of knocking. It happens with a little more throttle at lower rpm(around 2500rpm).
Well I did four separate datalogs... One each at lower rpm and WOT for your tune and my tune (I tweaked my existing one so that the lines didn't cross).
I'm just wondering... Given the tuned that I got on the dyno from my tuner. Does that mean it could've been a lot better?
Hope these datalog helps!
Thanks!

the map i posted i went through it all and smoothed all your maps out , and for some reason its not the same as i saved it , maybe i forgot to save it. this calbration is no good. by the time you smoothed the mistakes out of it , its like starting over anyways. which is what i recommend. i say we use the k20a2 CAI cal and start from there and retune your car dude. whover tuned your car shouldnt be tuning cars. he made a mess of that map. ive honestly never seen anything like it. well spend more time trying to ix this , rather than start fresh.
load the k20a2 CAI calibration in the calibrations folder , and do a 30 minute datalog for me with a 3rd gear pull in it somewhere. keep an eye out for knock and lean conditions while doing this. any sign of obscene amount of knock or lean conditions , come back with what you have and stop.

Alright... I'll give that a try when I have time. What else am I expected to do in the 30 mins driving? Just drive like normal? Or try and test all types of situatutions? Cause I'm guessing driving on the highway for 30 mins in one gear won't tell you much...

vary driving as much as possible yes. try and use the whole cruising part of the calibration multiple times. and somewhere in the mix throw in a 3rd gear pull.

Alright, I got just over 30 mins of datalogging... Mostly on the highway... But I tried to vary it as much as possible. Hope this helps! I used the "k20a2-rsx-coldair.kal" for this datalog.
Actually, I can't upload my file for some reason... I don't know if it's because it's over 7MB in size or what. It gives me a "Upload Error: Could not upload Attachment to ./files/nanaimo_11-18-08_458.kdl."
Maybe you can PM you email, and I'll send it through there... Thanks!

Here's the datalog... Seems like it was too big before. So I zipped it. And the only way I can upload is if I add the ".kdl" extension. So just delete ".kdl" extension when you download the file to view it...

here buddy , only made changes to the WOT part of the map cause you forgot to put your ecu in open loop for that datalog , so it was kind of a waste , lol. another 30 minute datalog would be great but this time in open loop.
