The solution for my cold start idle problem was the IACV signal wire.

I checked continuity last (stupid I know) and there was none, I rewired the IACV to the ECU and it idles now and no more code 14.

I did alot of research leading up to the rewire of the IACV, I also found that the IACV needs to be repinned going from OBD2A to OBD1 unless the conversion harness already has the IACV wire pre jumped for you...Which in my case it was pre jumped and didnt need to be repinned.

Why not post the solution I'm dealing with the same issue. I'm sure it can help others also.

Car wont respond at all if i mess on the iacv duty cycle, i´m considering it might be busted.

Once i start driving the car around it will idle normaly but as soon as i hit boost it will have a hunting idle from 1000-2500.

I tried disconnecting the iacv but car just dies once i do it, cant really say for sure its a vaccum leak but i cant spot it either.

P.S - Stock map sensor and the car drives just fine besides this issue, since its an itr it has no fitv
the car should idle even if the IACV socket is removed..adjust idle as Hondata says in the Tech section..
