OK. Your VTEC engaged as it should've that time hence the rich section you had that time.
I've tuned your fuel and raised your crossover to 4k.
Let me know how it feels mate.

I'm about to start work dude so will PM you later on with an explanation.
Here's another map. Tuned the fuel a little ( It's looking pretty good now) and raised the crossover to 4.5k.
Let me know what feels better. The change in noise you get at crossover should coincide with the pull from going into high cam. If the noise comes first then you feel it pulling the crossover is too low.
We can do a couple logs later to find out the exact point of crossover is best if you want.

heres the last log. sadly it will be my last log for now due to the fact that my primary o2 went out on me after that last run. but that run was good the pull was strong.

Hey Fonz600, I was wondering if you could help me with my calibration, such as tuning air/fuel. By the way I'm a friend of ENDLESS-808, I heard you were quit the professional one tuning a/f.

So, anyways I ran a datalog, and saved it. And was hoping your experteez would fix this matter. Here's more info on Mods, Kal and datalog.

Your last log was almost spot on with fuel anyway mate. Just took a little out 2k-3k.
No counts of knock on all your datalogs either so we could maybe start advancing your ignition for power if you like.

I'm far from an expert mate but will be happy to help.
Your A/F was really flat but also pretty lean so richened that up a bit. Also you had knock in a couploe of places but richening up the fuel may cure that.
Try the AF map first as this may stop your knocking.
If it is still there try the Importkrazy 10-05-08 map as did same fuel adjustments bout also took out ignition in places you were knocking.
Give this a try.

Hey Fonz600, thanks for replying to my message I appreciate it. Well I did two run with the Kal you gave me (thanks again).. :D The first run had 0 knocks from 2500-7000 but after 7500 it had 1 or 2 knocks. But wait....wait the second run was better; just like you predict it would, it ran 0 knocks all the way. :D Anyhow, a/f was a little better this time than before. can you tweak on it a little more and try to get it close to 13.2. Here's my last datalog run. Aye! thanks again for your help Fonz600..

I think your wideband sensor may be knackered mate as your A/F is the same as your previous datalog you posted, which I kinda suspected when I seen the A/F log was so flat.
I don't wanna tune your fuel anymore until you get that looked at.

At least your knock ain't there but get your sensor checked out and get back to me.

I check my wideband sensor, it follow though with the correct voltage. Didn't see any errors, like a check engine light (MIL). So everything check out fine. Can you still help me with a/f though. Thanks again fonz.

I don't mind helping mate but I still think your wideband may be faulty. Do you know anyone else you can borrow one from to do a datalog?

The last map I added 6% fuel through whole rev range and it made no difference to the next datalog.

I'll probably find someone who has one, I let you know when I find one, and do another datalog and send it to you. thanks.

Hi mate.
Your 2 counts of knock occured before you recorded that datalog so you may have partial throttle knock as well.
I'm guessing your initial tune was pretty rich as had to take a whack of fuel out.
Using lambda overlay left you with a very bumpy looking graph so I've smoothed out the bumps a little but may need fine tweaking in those spots.
Will find out after a datalog.

Give this a wee try.
