PWM not chipped good need help!!!!

Ecu's prepared by Hondata have a 0% failure rate for the PWM output.

Does that apply to THIS specific part of the ECU?

I have never had a problem adding PWM support to any ecu, so I'm going to say it is installer error in all cases.
