So. The ignition retard bug has been solved by deleliting the [IATRetardLow] and [IATRetardHigh] in the .kal file. Thanks nzitr - this helped much.

Regarding other bugs as engine stucks. We have tried to retune the ecu but the result was the same. We have inspected and removed skunk 2 cams, the runout of intake cam was not similiar to the exhaust cam and it was not smoth. But the were no beat of the cam, and all the other parts of the gas distribution mechanism look fine. After inspection we have installed stock cams, and everything became normal. So it was a problem of the intake cam. The cams will be send to skunk 2 for further inspection.
Thanks hondata, that was a mechanical problem. But we still do not understand, why this happend and why this occured only for RPM no more than 3000. We still do not understand why the MAP sensor was showing about full load with TPS only at 14%.

Also we have cheked Skunk 2 exhaust cam gear with stock cams at 3 degrees - loss of power at high rpm, but the vtec acts harder :)

One more thing. Please look at the log (the .kal is also atached):

What is happening with the ignition at 3-5 sec ? And A/F is suddenly falling too...

Just to remeber, now the specs are: K20A2, RBC intake, toda mani, custom catback, stock cams, stock rsx (2002) ecu + kpro, skunk2 retainers and springs.

As per your post on Apr 17, did deleting the [IATRetardLow] and [IATRetardHigh] sections fix the problem?

If not, can you re-post your calibration?

Yes it helped me to avoid ignition retard after vtec point. Before the problem fix the ignition after 5500 rpm (vtec point for skunk2 cams) was no more then 19 degrees, after deleting [IATRetardLow] and [IATRetardHigh] sections and reopenening the .kal file with new version of k-mangaer it became normal about 26 degrees. So that problem was fixed but we have faced a new one :(

Update, who can explain what i this ? We thought that something may be wrong with TPS, but i have replaced throttle body assembly.

Have you tried the ecu in a different vehicle?

looks like his ignition values are waaayyy different between lets say the 10 and 20 degree map. im assuming this from looking at the datalog there , i never looked at the cal. that is crazy ignition though.

with the skunk2 cams

take a look on the cams gears timing with a degree wheel

the skunk2 cams seem to be 1 teeth off
