How does that work? Will KManager show me a voltage value or the correct AF value? How do I connect the wideband into the ELD input. Next question.... I've heard that the wideband will cost over ?200 / $400! Is it that "worth it"?!

an o2 has 4 wire input , one power , one ground , one heater wire , and one signal wire. im not exactly sure the differences in the wideband vs narrow but. i would imagine you wire it like any other o2 sensor , except run the signal wire into the ELD pin of the ecu , and disable OBD2. unless you can only disable the ELD.

Innovate LC-1 is one I used with my Evo and I'm buying an AEM UEGO 6 in 1 for EP3( get it from the states. Much cheaper)

So will that replace the ELD current and ELD.V sensor values in KManager with values from the O2 sensor? Are the present ELD inputs not required by the ECU?
What values will I get from the O2? Are they just going to be voltages (from 0-5V for example) that I will have to figure out how to convert to A/F?

A wideband o2 consists of two parts - the o2 sensor and the controller. A PRB/PRC/PRD/PNF/PND ECU has the controller built in to the ECU; the PRA does not. Aftermarket widebands have an external controller box. You can't just wire a wideband o2 sensor into the ECU.

For the cost of a Honda o2 sensor you can get a PLX o2 sensor/wideband controller with analog output which you then feed into the ECU. This is the best solution.

Mugen header with cat, GruppeM ram air and Toda catback now fitted. Mapped by Paul @ TDi-North and running sweet! Very quick and sounds amazing :-)
