Try clearing security then uploading a completely new calibration and see if the problem still occurs.

did that when I tested it on a different car and the problem never occurred.

Again the problem happens. My ecu was sent to Hondata and is fine. My charge system was tested by Honda and is fine.

Sounds more like you are hitting a lean cut. Can you provide a datalog and the calibration from when this happened?

What is the battery voltage at the ecu when the car is cranking?

I finally got this problem fixed. Fuel pump relay was burning out. Replaced it and all is good.
