It's because it loses a ground from the sensor, it's possible to just ground out the sensor if that's the route you want to go, I'm not entirely sure how the ECU will react to thinking it's cold all the time though.
i was just curious. for now, i am going to try and keep it cool until the newer version comes out.if that doesn't work,i will try the resistor method.

i cut the wire and ran it through a 386 ohm(not sure what the value is supposed to be,but it read 386 on a multimeter) resistor to ground and it put the ect right around 160 deg.the car is down right now,so i won't be able tell you how it works until later

Thanks for fixing this! I seen on the recent update that was have a table now.

let the nay-sayers be GONE hondata is just as good as any-other standalone!
