well, if you are running in open loop, arent you bound to get the O2 sensor code?

With previous tune that I had, I threw the same code that you had each time. A new oxygen sensor will not change anything because the computer is telling you that it is disabled.

Why not enable closed loop, and make sure the oxygen sensor is enabled.

I had that issue and then realized that I didn't have the oxygen sensor heater disabled. I disabled the heater and it has never thrown a code 1 again.
