Thanks for your response. Sorry for my delay. i am going to order an 04' ECU, they're not that much. I then get the immobilizer and key synched to the 04 ecu and then send off for Reflash?

I am guesing that in order to drive the car while waiting for all of this I could just buy a new immobilizer and key?

U have to get the ECU, bring it to the local Acura dealer. They charge $125 here in CA for a reflash that will make it work with your car and then send keys, immobilizer and ECU for final reflash. :roll: I am getting 04 ECU tomorrow for $100
