The dealer is the one with the problem programing the ecu to the immobilizer. This is not a Hondata problem.

Alright... progress! I flexed my google muscles and ran across this:

It has exact instructions on our situation, and they aren't what we did with the HDS with the tech. The option for replace ecm was never there for us, only install ecm. I think the main problem is we didn't go into the test mode menu.
