If you click the K-Pro button at the top, then go to the Calibration storage tab you can check the box to store the calibration when you upload.

Hi Spunkster,
let me explain what is happened:
1) the tuner had a file prepared for me.
2) the file was upload into the k-pro (overwriting the previous one)
3) was setup something with the throttle close and open (i believe it was the TPS sensor)
4) the tuner told me the file was installed and open
5 the tuner didn't give me the original file.
My questions:
1) if the file was upload into the K.PRO why is it not stored there now?
2) Does Upload a file mean store it inside the K-PRO? Are they two different procedure?

Uploading to the KPro converts a calibration to a binary image and programs the ECU processor. This is a one way operation.
Saving a calibration to the KPro saves the calibration. I can be retrieved if saved.

I had an issue where the TPS closed would show it moving all over and I ended up replacing the TPS. The new TPS is showing random little 1% blips after the car is warmed up I’m just was wondering if that is normal? Definitely better than the erratic behavior of the old one.

Do you have solid engine mounts?

OEM mounts that are still good enough to pass the state safety inspection.

Have you tried your ECU on a different vehicle to see if you see the same things?
Is it only doing this at idle? Have you calibrated the TPS in the software?

I haven’t tried it in another vehicle. But I did calibrate it in the software. Drove through a puddle near my work today and now looking on my phone app it’s showing the tps acting all erratic again. I’ll connect my laptop when I get home and get a data log to post.

It sounds like there may be a wiring related issue in the harness.

Are you referring to .59-1.04?

Did a couple tests today and found out it was the radiator hose pressing against the harness on the sensor when it was warmed up
