There is no special order. It sounds like it is most likely an issue with the ECU since it did work.

The ECU looks good and I bought it last week and the guy put it in his Integra and it ran. Is there a way to test the ECU?

I would recommend that you try the s3oo on a known working ecu. If it works then the issue is with your ecu.

Try to find someone local to try your s300 in their ECU.

I tested all the joints to where the trace goes on the 4 pin, 28 pin, 20 pin, 74HC373 J1 all good then R54 no signal because its a resistor. Then with the S300 pluged in I tested the 4 pin and 28 pin back of ECU to top of S300 with good connection. when I can get the green light to stay on I get lots of errors and I cant clear them 14 codes on the most recent connection but it was giving me lots of weird sensor readings that aren't possible like 21,000 rpm gear 48 stuff like that. I can keep D2 flashing red but not D3 green and I can upload tunes and can hear the diffrence with how its running so I know thats working also I'm limited to 4000 rpm I've tried setting it to 3500 to see if it would work but it stayed limited at 4k and didnt stop at 3500. If the ECU has been disconnected for a while when plug it in and turn the ignition on without connecting it to usb there is a higher chance D3 will be green but if I turn it off then back on d3 will blink green for a second then wont come back on. Attached is the calibration I used it ran ok better than p28 base map what is the closest to P2E ECU map for stock D16Y7?

Your capacitors on the ECU have not been replaced, and could be the issue. Try replacing them: https://www.hondata.com/products/access ... acitor-kit

You need to reflow the solder on the pins of the 24 pin connector, a bunch of the solder joints look like they are cold solders. They should look like Hershey kisses, not spherical blobs.
