So I ran it twice because it was only showing about 85% on the throttle even though I had it to the floor but it came out the same on the second run. is that normal?

Are these datalogs made with revision 1 or 2?

Some cars the pedal only show 80 or low 90%, but the throttle body is 100%

they should be revision 2. I uploaded it after you posted it

Gotcha. The adjustments I made didn't get it too much closer is all. We'll keep going and see how it gets. We will now move to the 15* cam angle with vtec at 4500. Take this one for the same type of datalog and driving style with the third gear pull.

Yeah it's looking pretty good. We will now move to the 30* cam angle with vtec at 5500. I will move vtec around to find an optimal vtec rpm and tune the fuel around that point for future. So take this one for the type of drive and datalog.

No problem, it's looking really good. We will now move to the 40* cam angle with vtec at 5500. For this one, you can make a short ten minute datalog if you'd like. The main thing we need is a clean third gear pull.

Looks pretty good. Just one more quick 10 minute datalog with a clean third gear pull for this one. This will be the last cam angle locked on, in the next one we blend it out to see how it runs. This one is the 40* cam again but with vtec at 4000.

it does seem like it pulls harder with the vtec at 4k, i know 3rd tops out of the same speed but it feels like it gets there faster with the vtec there.
