By scaling you just mean interpolating the fuel values because of the resolution or something else?
What you mean by the offset parameters?
If my fuel value is 800 now at for example 7,000 rpm and 900 at 8,000 but due to the resolution change I now have a column that corresponds to 7500 rpm then cant just put 850 fuel value in the 7500 rpm place?
Also if i going to have to fill in new values via interpolation will I also need to do this for the ignition tables as well?

Try tightening up the gap to 0.020" and see if that helps. If not you can open it back up to 0.030". Quick easy test.

I mean going into
Parameters > MAP and changing the
Scalar and
Offset values to match the new MAP sensor you plan to install. Not all 3 bar MAP sensors have the same scalar and offset values. If the one you choose to use is in the
Quick Select drop-down menu, then that makes it easy. If it's not, you'll have to find out the scalar and offset values you need to enter.

No. Changing the MAP sensor and the scalar and offset values will make a global change to the tune, so you don't have to go inspect individual cells. However, after making a global change like this, it's still a good idea to datalog some pulls at the lowest boost setting and make sure your AFR looks good through the entire pull, and tweak any spots needed. Then, incrementally increase boost, datalog another pull, and evaluate. Then repeat until you're at max boost.

I recommend not messing with your timing tables unless you are on a dyno, or unless you have already been on a dyno and know where your knock limits are.

Changed the coil from factory style to Accel high output and to WVE igniter. Tested again with 8 lb spring and it is no longer missing/ breaking up.
I suspect this might have been the issue with it breaking up all along.
I suspect this BC when had S200 system I ran 11 lb spring and never had these issues with stock MAP sensor not reading boost this high.
If it worked with S200 why would it not work on S300 system, especially using the same tune?
