Unfortunately, it looks like the primary o2 sensor has failed or is failing based on the WOT AFR data. Since you have a custom cat delete, is the primary o2 sensor in the same position or did you relocate it? I noticed the AFR reading was a little strange in the original datalog you posted, but it seems as though it is failing. Is the primary o2 sensor OEM or aftermarket?
My primary 02 sensor was not adjusted. The secondary was mounted back onto my test pipe but it should be deactivated anyways, so not doing anything. I've never changed out the primary 02 sensor but it wouldn't be too big of a deal if I need to replace it.

Okay gotcha. I went ahead and added the fuel it was asking for. Let's make one more datalog with this one and go from there. All we need is the third gear WOT pull, you don't have to drive it around for 20 minutes. The part throttle fueling always seems to be fine when the sensor fails, I've seen probably like five of these failures on this forum alone, so it's not uncommon. So, just take it out for a third gear WOT pull like you did and post the datalog. Then we'll see where we stand, and go from there.

Yeah it has definitely failed now for WOT fueling. You can either get a new one from the dealer, or the Bosch one I have had good luck with is https://www.rockauto.com/en/moreinfo.ph ... 132&jsn=12 . You don't want a cheap Amazon one or something is all. Once you get the new sensor and install it, make another datalog with Rev01 so we can verify it's all good. Then we can get back to tuning.

You're fine to drive it around with the bad sensor, I would refrain from too much spirited driving until the new sensor goes in just to be safe.
