Just aem short ram intake everything else is stock, has the lsd 6 speed transmission too if that makes a difference, maybe I just have to drive with the A/C on for awhile to let it learn?

You may want to take it to a dyno tuner or a shop familiar with tuning these vehicles to have them take a look at it.

did you check the throttle body? maybe its dirty

In the list of suggestions. Take the IACV off the TB then take the electrical part of the IACV from the mechanical part and clean the the ever loving shit out of it(the mechanical part). I used a combination of TB cleaner/ steam cleaning then used a little bit of WD or 3 in 1 oil to lube the bearings on the IACV after.
99% of idle issues, more or less "stock" idle issues come from your IACV.
