0.5V drop from the battery to the ECU reading is normal. The main thing is the the voltage differences on the negative side.
I know it has been a while ago just wanted to do an update,
After I manage to clean all Grounds on the car, managed to have a 0.5v drop from Smanager and battery compare to alternator.
I re did the test and can report that after all the grounds were clear there is no more high voltage drop at either positive or Negative circuit all are within few milivolts.
So that was great but one day I had an Issue coming back home I noticed that my voltage was around 11v so next mornig fired uo the car and slowly the voltage was decreasing to a pint where the car died.
I removed my alternator and took it for service and the Voltage regulator was dead, so new one went in. Now the Voltage difference from Battery/Smanager to the alternator is around 0.3v
Alternator out puts 14.5 there abouts and Smanager and battery reports 14.3 - 14.2 so great improvement in that regard.
Thanks You Hondata for pointing me out to the right direction to troubleshoot this issue.
