Hi Marc,

That one looked good. For some reason it was rich again all the sudden, with no fueling changes from our Rev02 file. Not sure why it's doing that, it's only a few percent, nothing major, but still a little weird. It was almost dead on in Rev02, in Rev03 it was rich so I went back to the fueling in Rev02 to reinspect and it was rich again. I pulled some fuel out of it in this next revision, so we'll see how it looks.

I'm guessing you haven't touched anything mechanically right? Can you check the air filter and make sure nothing got sucked up to it somehow, a piece of paper or something weird. For it to go rich all the sudden is a little weird. If the air filter is being blocked by something it may cause it to run a little rich because of the blockage of air. Let me know on that.

Here you can see how the AFR changes exactly with no fueling changes in the file, and your intake temps were the same. Blue line is Rev02 and red line is Rev04. They follow exactly the same, Rev04 is just richer, again with zero fuel changes. How many miles/kilometers are on the car?

Here is the next one for you. Check the air filter and everything on the car before loading this one and taking it for a spin. A couple percent either way is no big deal, but I'd like to make sure everything is good mechanically.

run 3 was just after raining.
run 4 dry but start to get warmer here!
I will take a look at the filter.
i can try other o2 sensor to see if the reading is the same ?i have 2 sitting in the garage

Gotcha, these are your previous revisions overlayed. The blue line is the second revision we did days ago, the red is the revision from yesterday. I went back to the same fueling from revision 2, just changed some ignition that showed a knock in the last file Rev03. Something changed somewhere, they were all rich in your last two files where they were essentially almost dead on in our second revision.

Yeah go ahead and check the filter. If everything looks fine with the filter, put revision 2 (Rev02) back in there and let's reinspect it. I've seen o2's cause problems before, so it could be, I've never seen it cause just a 3-4% change like this. But hey, they more you tune the more quirks you find. Let me know though, if the filter looks good and everything is good on the intake as well, go ahead and swap out the primary o2 sensor and run Rev02 again and we'll see how it looks. A few percent fuel is no big deal, so don't feel nervous to drive it. The part throttle fueling looks really good, it's only the WOT fueling that is a couple percent off on the rich side, nothing to worry about, just not ideal or how I do things.
