Because commanded lambda is not the same as target lambda. The ECU does not target commanded lambda. It is just an adjustment.

Ok, Thank you for clearing that up. So when logging the "fuel adjustment values" that are populated by the ecu, those percentage corrections are based off of the "Target Lamda tables" still though? If that is true, then I guess I can disregard the Com Lamda channel that I was seeing in the log not matching the Target table.
