Yeh soz this was a screenshot taken from a dc5 but on the fn2 you still have the 0-50 degree cam angle maps right??

For the 2013 Civic SI I was reading that you want the low cam angle around 12 nd the high cam angle around 37... This was what hondata had prefered, do they have a cam angle map that you can just load onto the FlashPro??? or is it something you have to tune into it yourself? just trying to get the best out of my VTEC. Thank You!

There are base maps built into the software you can use, or you can tune yourself on the dyno.

So as someone mentioned should I set all cam angle to 0 do a run then to 10 fo a run then to 20 do a run and so forth then just overlay results and see what makes peak torque etc at any give point?

YEs you can do that but each cam angle must be tuned for optimum power.
