Top right pin was bent all the way in, tried by best to pull it back out with tweezers and straighten it. But it's too difficult to get it back into its original shape to make a circuit. Another pin was also bent slightly

The K-Pro is damaged and will have to be replaced/upgraded. You can use the upgrade form at:

Thanks for the reply, I took off the ECU and gave it one more attempt. Low and behold it worked! Tried uploading a new map and it worked out, thank God. If I have further issues I will send it again.
