On that note, when you're on Alpha N, is there a way to log the actual MAP reading?
You need to connect the MAP sensor input to an analog input.
I also noticed that the idle control settings seem to get blanked out when I have the Kmanager connected to the KPro
Which settings?

I attached a screenshot of the blanked settings. When I try to unplug, change, save and them upload to get around the bug, I'm not certain that it is working properly. Please let me know if this will be resolved soon, or I'll just revert to an older KManager version for now.

Please do not go back to older versions of KManager. This is what has caused the problem.
Re-download and install KManager. Load your calibration from the laptop (do not download from the KPro). Upload to the KPro. Post the calibration here if you have any other problems.
Again, don't download from the KPro or go back in versions.

Okay, I'll reinstall KManager and give it a try.

In regards to the bug that doesn't let you set the Kpro to open loop, you said it's fixed, in which version? Soon to be released or the latest 4.1.1?

I reinstalled KManager and the idle settings are still an issue. I even tried loading a basemap but I still have the same problem.
