Ok let's start at the beginning:
- what vehicle?
- what ECU?
- what calibration?
- what software version?
- KPro SN?
- datalog of problem?

I have found the problem. It's the calibration file that my tuner used. I uploaded another calibration file and it worked as it should. So I need to have my tuner transfer the data to another file.

Can you email support@hondata.com with both calibrations? That way we can analyze what was going wrong.

We received your calibration and the flex fuel was disabled. When we enabled it, the ethanol content input worked as expected.

OK,
But why does the other calibrations show the value from the sensor although the flex fuel mode is disabled?

I'm not sure. The calibration you sent works ok. Ethanol content is 0 when flex fuel is disabled, and whatever when it is enabled.
The only strange thing I can see is that KManager did not like the 'a' with diaeresis in the filename. It could be that that calibration was not getting uploaded correctly because of that. I've changed KManager to cope with the non english character set in filenames.
