Xenocron should be able to assist you with this, you will probably have to ship it to them.
I’m having a similar problem but my old s300 was working in my ecu but my new v3 isn’t uploading or data logging

I tried to reinstall drivers but that did nothing when I click upload it flashes bright red but then goes back to flashing a dim red and it doesn’t upload any maps
