Ecu usb problem solved.
Found out that that usb ab connector is very common on old outdated printers. I found one then soldered it onto my k-pro in a crazy attempt to try the save some money.
I didn't really expect it to work tbh, I also have very little soldering experience and had never worked on a circut board.
After I was finally finished I plugged everything in, and to my surprise I was actually able to upload a tune.
Doesn't look as clean as the factory one but it sure worked out great, end result :
