Stock fan swapped in and issue stopped . It only happens with my Spal high cfm unit . I am going to try a capacitor across the fan terminals .

This is what I was planning on trying. Trying to not go back to the stock fan. I have an extra mishimoto fan sitting around, but I cut the shroud to fit the SPAL fan.

I don't have this problem anymore. The only thing changed was I went from an S300 V1 to S300 V3. I'll continue to monitor though.
