well after a few weeks of tracking down issues we were down to the last option and it was the ECU the entire time.replaced it with a known good one and bammm power

did the car run fine with the factory dizzy?....this sounds like the same issue i have....the ONLY thing i didnt try was another s300....hummm

The s300 was not the problem it was his ECU.

thats correct the s300 was swapped into a different p28 and its flawless
