ok, do you think it will work if I make a flange for the afm and get it in the pipe even though its a 3.5 inch intake?

Yes, if the reading is roughly correct then it should be ok.

I put the afm back in the intake. No change. I still get these fuel cuts, and now thanks to the ecu doing this my motor mounts are completely shot. The shock to the car when you're accelerating and the fuel momentarily cuts out is pretty harsh.

Any other ideas?

Can you post the current calibration you are using? From Help, About, what version of software are you using?

Can you also post a picture of your engine bay and show exactly what you have changed.

This is the engine bay. The only difference is the afm is now in the intake pipe

The calibration hasnt been changed at all since it was posted last time. The current version of the software i have is 1.4.4.0

I havent updated or messed with it since it was doing this.

Both of the grounds from the injector harness need to be relocated to the valve cover. I can see you have only one relocated and the other is on the manifold.

I cannot see where you have the AFM installed. Can you post a picture of that?

I dont have a pic of the afm.. Its located in the intake just before the spot where the breather goes back into the intake tube. I'll move the ground wire here in a bit and see if that changes anything

Can the afm be enabled and still tune via map? The car runs like crap when its tuned with the afm.

Yes, you can tune via MAP with the AFM enabled. With the 2012 Si, this is what you need to do.

ok, I was thinking for some reason that you had to have the afm disabled to tune with map. I started getting some noise from the head today.. wondering if it broke another rocker arm so it may be a while before I mess with the computer.

initial impression are that turning afm back on fixed it. I'll update in a day or 2.
