I will try changing the sensor and check the connections or cables if they are damaged or making bad connection.
But how is it thats its making -27% fuel trim if O2 oxygen sensor is disabled on cold start?
I thought all lambda sensors we disabled when running on cold start?

The PRA ECU does not use a wideband. It can only read a narrow band signal which cannot be used to acurately measure air fuel ratios.

So this error can't have anything to do with the mapping right?
So i'm sure its a faulty oxygen sensor or wiring and nothing with the hondata?

I would purchase a LC-1 or wideband of sorts and wire it into the ECU.

Like spunkster said, the PRA ecu doesn't do wideband. With V3 you have plenty of analog inputs.

Ok yesterday i checked the cables on ecu, nothing wrong, i pushed them firmly in to be sure.
Then i checked the cable to the oxygen sensor.
Apparently there was a extension cable to the oxygen sensor, I got this out and connected the oem cables firmly again.
No errors since then.

The car runs good now under 4000 rpm, even on cold start.
I still have to do a log to check fuel trims are between -10% and +10%

Also i have corrected my gas cable a bit do have quicker response touching the padle.
I hope this has no influence to the mapping? Fuel maps, or timings?
