i know this add is old but how do you fix this problem

First thing you should start with any problem on kpro - http://www.hondata.com/kpro_counterfeit.html.
If it's no fake, then continue..

Shipped to Hondata. I just got around to shipping it out today cause I was out of town. You guys should have it in 2-3 days.

I just wanted to confirm, you guys received my kpro right? On the USPS Tracking Number, it says it was signed by J. Loarca

You should receive it back to day, the USB had to be reprogrammed. Make sure you are using resistor type spark plugs.

So this happened because I was running non-resistor spark plugs? Could it also be because I'm not running the diode that came with the Hondata Boost Control Solenoid or is that not required?

It has nothing to do with the diode. We do not recommend installing the diode for the boost solenoid anymore.
