My flashpro won't datalog! Need help

To add to it, I can "usually" get it to work after 5 minutes of randomly pressing the datalog button.
It usually takes a combination of long hard presses and short double presses to get it to eventually work.
Is there some way I can return or exchange my flashpro for a working one?

Replacement of the buttons would be $100 which includes shipping. You would have to obtain an RMA# to do this.

I am having a similar issue. I have been using fp for at least 6months now with just a base MAP for injen cai. I recently intalled headers and catback exhaust and wanted to reflash with a new calibration more appropriate for the bolt ons I now have. After updateing when fpm told me too, I am now screwed. It wont open calibrations, the list for registered owner all goes blank, and it will not let me save or reflash to ecu while it is like this. There shoould have been a fix by now, but even when I try v1.3.6 beta it still does the same thing. Any help would be greatly appreciated so I can get my car back running at top performence. thanks

so after trying every single suggestion I have read online I finally got it all figured out, I think lol

I ended up un-installing again and then downloading the old version off the cd. Then I did the update to version v1.3.3 again and this time it worked... Oh ya but I also excluded the flashpro file/folder on my anti virus just in case, and BAM! sure as shit it works fine now :)

Just incase anyone else runs into the same problem.
