your A/F it's too rich... see your log <12.50 from 6.000 to 8.500 reduce it to 12.7-12.9
and VTC degrees I think its too agressive... in this range of Rpm.

I made an EP3-K20A (japan engine) in Spain with PRB and GruppeM and obtain 238hp.

check it...
