Try unplugging the ECU from the vehicle, unplugging the FlashPro from the vehicle and laptop and rebooting the laptop, all at the same time then retry it.

Also what does the sticker on the ECU say?

Can you summarize everything that has happened and where all engines, vehicles, ECUs and FlashPros came from? We need specifics on what vehicle you have, what vehicle each ECU came from, where these vehicles came from. What Italian distributor have you contacted? We need you to give us a specific time frame listing everythign that has happened.

Also give us the serial number that is printed on the ECU you are currently using.

Please send us the support information again.

Hello!

In the new Software V1.1.6.2 (13 August 2010)
with FlashPro firmware updated to version 22.

There is solution!
"Prevent FlashPro from locking to incorrectly programmed ECUs. "

My Flashpro is locked to incorrectly programmed ECU and i can not unlock now!

ECU is new and came from an USA Honda Dealer.
37820-RRB-A05
3869-112301
The engine come from ariel atom and we builted in in a Lotus Elise
The Car is now running we have it done with an oder tool.

I háve some other projects and for me is better i can work with Flashpro's.

The Flashpro is from Alientech.
The italien distributor is Alientech.

regards
Otto

We are having a lot of difficulty understanding you.

- What is the word "oder"? Do you mean other?
- What other tool are you referring to? Who makes this tool?

- 37820-RRB-A05 is not a new ECU. It is an old ECU found in a 2006 Civic Si.
- We have no record of ECU serial number 3869 112301

Sorry for my english!

Yes the word is other!
Somebody has reflashed my other ECU with Piassini.

The ECU is new and not used!

- The Piassini software / reflash is faulty (bad).
- If you take a Piasini programmed ECU to Honda and they try and update it the ECU will stop working.
- If you use the FlashPro with the incorrectly programmed ECU (Piassini) the ECU will stop working.
- We have seen this many times.
- You must send the ECU back to the person who reflashed it and have it returned to stock.

Hello!

Again!!!
I have two ECU'S!!

The ECU 1 what has make Piassinia is working in the Car!!
I bought this ECU 1 in the July, when there was no solution for my problem from Hondata.

The ECU 2 what i have is locked from Flashpro!!!
This ECU 2 is new and not reflashed!!

If the ECU (ECU2?) which FlashPro was locked to is replaced then both the original ECU and FlashPro will need to come back to Hondata.

Don't ever lock a FlashPro to an ECU modified by Piassinia. The code is faulty and the ECU will die after being reflashed (ether by Hondata or Honda).

Otto,

It is very hard to help you when you lie to us. First you tell us you have a supercharged Civic, then you tell us you have a damaged Ariel Atom engine, then you tell us you you are putting this into a Lotus. Then you tell us the engine is running with a Piassini programmed ECU, which we know does not run with a supercharger.

How do we know what you have posted here is true and what is untrue?

Please answer these questions. Put a date (make a timeline) on every event with serial numbers and what you did.

- When did you purchase the Ariel Atom or Civic or Lotus?
- Did it come with a supercharger?
- Was the Ariel ECU damaged. What is its serial number?
- If so, what did you replace it with? When?
- What were the serial numbers of the ECUs and when did you purchase them.
- If you purchased a new 37820-RRB-A05 ECU what VIN number did you use and how did you program it?
- The FlashPro has been locked to two previous ECUs, not including the ECU on your facebook page.
- If you purchased the FlashPro new you must have locked it to these ECUs?
- Where are these two previous ECUs now?
