All of the wire is MS22759 wire. All of the distributor wiring is shielded, twisted. The shielded wire is terminated into a pin at the MS connector on the firewall and passed through. All of the distributor wires are isolated away from all of the other pins and are also jacketed/shrunk with DR-25 by themselves. I have built a bunch of these harnesses and his is the first time I have seen this issue. The car made great power and when running the code is not present. It is a soft code on key on only.

Is the Starter signal wired hooked up? Confirm that it goes from your OBD2b wire (would have been A24 on your old chassis harness and color would have been Blue/White) to OBD1 B9.

Also, with the key on, see what you get from OBD1 A21 the ICM output.

Will check this week, car is at a friends house while im doing work to it and i wont be able to check that until wed. What are you wanting me to measure at the ICM Pin?, Voltage?, Resistance?
