We received the harness and it is the wrong one. It is a drive by wire harness.
Can we make it work if we run the TPS wires separately?

No, you need to get the proper 02-04 harness.

32110-PRB-A00, about $250. Make sure you get the 'WIRE HARNESS, ENGINE' not the 'WIRE HARNESS, ENGINE ROOM'.
The Euro EP3 harness should also work for you.

Hey man, did you ever end up figuring this out. I'm having almost the exact same issue. We've done all the normal troubleshooting as well and confirmed i have an 02-04 harness as well. I recently made a post here.
