GSR swapped boosted eg hatch tune recommendations

Just going to post list of shit from a list, looking for a street tune or something to help it from running so rich, it's currently on no tune, biggest issues are it runs super rich, and at 5k (VTEC) it begins cutting fuel or something and chopping very bad, don't think the ecu recognizes vtec not sure, pls help.
1994 Civic eg w/ 99 GSR engine and trans swap.

Stock Map still on 8 psi
Dsm 450 injectors with resistor box
S300v3 with Bluetooth
P06 ECU with BBG
Skunk2 pro series intake with 70mm Throttle body
8mm accel spark plug wires
NGK plugs gapped to .22
