Upload calibration error

Hi,
I have a problem with my hondata. When I try to upload new calibration I hit on an error. First time battery was weak, but battery charging change nothing. What may I do to solve the problem?

What is the serial number that is on the K-Pro board inside the ECU?

From Help, About, what is the version of software you are using?

Hondata serial number is 05003557. I use KManager v4.3.3 from Hpndata website.

Download the most recent version of software from the software section of the website and see if that resolves the issue.
