No Spark, No Fuel, No Power to ECU

- SManager version 2.6.6
- Tune is attached, will attach datalog later
-1995 Acura Integra GS-R Turbo
- P28 S300 V3
- Had a capacitor blow in old s300v3 p28, bought a brand new s300v3 package w/ upgraded capacitors. Found out im not getting power to pins A25 and B1 (IGN1 & 2), which go directly to the capacitor that had blown in the old ecu. However, I've tested all the wiring (Blk/Ylw) and found it to be good. Fuses have all been checked. If I jump an ignition wire to pin A25 the ecu powers on and I can upload/datalog, but still no start. Drivers are installed and im online. The injectors and distributor have been tested to be getting power however they are not getting a signal from the ECU. I registered the new ecu, but none of the registration info shows up in the "S300" tab, and Update/Register button is highlighted like maybe it wants me to register? I activated the account as well.

How exactly are you registering?

There is no account for registering and there is no activation with registration.

It sounds like there is a problem in the vehicle that is not powering up the ECU properly.
