P0134 but AFR displaying in KManger when turned off

So I recently bought my KPro V4. Prior to putting the KPro'd ECU in I did not have this P0134 code (O2 Sensor Circuit No Activity Detected). I am running the stock calibration for the k20a2 with no changes.

When this code is on I am not able to datalog. I am able to datalog and record but no values actually change. When the code is on, my car bogs at 4000 rpm.
When I turn the code off in the Closed Loop Parameter page in KManager, I am able to start datalogging and my AFR does seem to be changing and is relatively stable at 14.7 when it should be (stock car except SRI) and the car does not bog at 4000 rpm.

So I'm confused, is my primary O2 sensor bad even though it is picking up the AFR or is there something wrong with my KPro causing this code?? And why am I not able to datalog unless the code is disabled?

What is the serial number that is on the K-Pro board inside the ECU?

The number under the Honda Sticker which says K-Pro4 on it reads "47759". Is that the one?

You need to try your ECU in a known working vehicle as it sounds like there may be a wiring problem in your vehicle. This will help determine if the ECU is in fact ok.

I don't really have another vehicle to test it on. But I'm just wondering how would I have a wiring issue if I was not getting the code prior to installing the ecu? Do you mean the o2 sensor wiring is faulty or something else?

What vehicle is this in and what exactly has been done to the vehicle?

The vehicle is a 2002 RSX Type-S. The ECU installed in the car is a PRB type with the Hondata KPro board. The only modification done to the car is an AEM v2 short Ram air intake. The only thing I did before installing the new ecu and uploading the Kal was adding additional grounds in my engine bay.

One question I have is if I am getting a no activity detected code, how is the live feed on my datalog showing my afr changing as I drive? Is that not picking it up from the upstream sensor?
