Kpro chip burned

Hi,
We have 2 hondata kpro v4 installed on 2 k swapped cars, the problem is that the cars started good no cels, everything good, suddenly they start to be really rich on the tune, and then will not fire at all.
We openned the kpro and check the board and the main chip had a hole on it. please see attached photos.

We tested the kpros on another running cars and no luck, and we also tried a kpro v1 on this cars and they work good, kmanager connects, cars starts with no issues at all.

These boards have booth been damaged from improper wiring or grounding. Both boards will have to be replaced. This is not covered under warranty.
