hondata not getting an rpm reading ect

Hi having a few issues with a 1.6 1998 civic engine using hondata
When logging sensors i have no rpm signal , Map is -29.9 tps is a constant -13% IGN is -4 IAT 150 ECT 150 BATV 0
engine runs but floods and over fuelling , wideband is 9 and won't change even if i set injector dead times

Found it!, Brand new ECU supplied with hondata board fitted, took off top cover to find board incorrectly fitted, removed and reffited and all ok!

You should let the dealer know about this that you purchased it from.
