Which Application?

Hey guys, I'm new to the board. I have a 1992 Integra GSR w/B16+LS pistons (8.5:1 compression, high performance pistons/rods/studs may be coming soon) running 8-12psi with a custom turbo kit. I was wondering which Hondata application would be best for me. Also, is the "Boost" upgrade necessary, if I keep my check valves (working fine so far) and FMU/Fuel pump? I just want to tune the car properly.

On another note, my friend does ECU chipping. He has the EPROM burner, and can write basically any program. Wouldn't this be just as effective as Hondata minus datalogging?
