S300 troubleshooting

Hey i brought a p28 with v3 instal this last Tuesday and for some reason it’s going into limp mode like i will start the car and have it running and all of a sudden the rpms jump to 2000 and when i go to drive it will not go past 4000 rpm it’s start to rev limit i also took it a performance shop which do tuning and he look over it and give it back to me i put it back into the car Wednesday night and it was fine till Friday night (3/10) which it’s doing the same thing i can hear the relay blinking and it never did that i also try other s300 and it was running perfect any suggestions? The broad serial number is 39929 btw
