ATMEL AT29C256

Looking at Digikey for these chips and noticed that they had some different memory speed for this chip: 70ns, 90ns, 120ns, 150ns, and 200ns. Can someone advise which speed I should be ordering?

Hondata ships with a 90ns chip. I've bought and used 70ns chips too.

Is their any other chips that can be used
Just here to lean on some one that has already learned from their own mistakes and help me from doing the same
