Launch control fault

Finally got the car situated and tuned .took it out to test and get some seat time and stumbles after doing a burn out. The launch control works hits desired parameters but once I'm done and go to stage it does not hit required parameters. If i clyce ignition on and off it allows me to once again to go into launch control parameters. If car is idling once again it allows me to go into launch control parameters and I let it idle again and it will not let me go into launch parameter it'll only build 3 pounds of boost instead of the necessary 10-11. I have to either cycle the ignition on and off after every burn out or quickly reload the map
