Erase everything from flashpro

How do I remove the VIN number and registered owner I'm looking to sell my flashpro the VIN is unlocked uploaded security passwords do not exist

If it is unlocked that is all you need to do to sell it.

So the new owner just changes the registered name and when he plugs it into the car it'll change to the VIN he's using

When you unlock the FlashPro there is an option to remove the owner details.

I did not see that option it's been unlocked for a while haven't used it in a while how how do I remove all the information without the car or do I need the car

You would need the car for that. It will not cause any problems. The new owner will have to enter their details and update the FlashPro with them.
