DTC's What to do about them.

I am using the Hondata "racecar" wiring diagram without using the O2 sensor and I have the following DTC's that come up:

20-2 P1298 ELD Circuit high voltage - Set to 60 max registering 59.77
39-1 P0600 Serial Com. link malfunction - Multiplexer is disabled.
65-2 P0141 Secondary O2 heater Cir. mafunction - Immobilizer disabled.
41-1 P1166 Heated O2 primary heater cir. malfunction - Immobilizer disabled.

OBDII is also disabled.

What can I do to eliminate them? I didn't see anything in the in the PDF. instructions but I could have missed it.
