Locked status on flashmanager software

Im from indonesia, I just bought the hondata from the store which is not the dealer hondata officially, he said he got it from singapore, and now i use itu for my civic 1.5 hatchback cvt 2017, i just saw the setting of my tuned car not properply, i see the list available for 2017 civic indonesia, but i see in my certain setting is 2016.

The problem is,
When i tried to connect hondata to my laptop i saw the symbole locked, and im trying to unlock and i see the message you need to restore the stock tune. The problem i dont have the default setting of my car, im not sure the guy who set it up my car save the original log.

Can i change the setting with the different laptop? Because i felt the service after sales in that store is not good, so ill trying hard to learn and setting hondata to my car by my self.

You need to talk to your seller and ask Him to unlock it first before He sells it to you. Ask for refund if He can't unlock it.

What is the serial number that is on the FlashPro?

Are you saying that it was locked before you used it?

The flashpro already lock to my vehicle, ive seen it when the 1st time the tunner inject to my car. But now i want to tune by my own self, my flashpro number 220091.

I have crv 1.5 turbo also, can i use the flash pro for both car?

You can only lock to one vehicle at a time. If you want to use it on a different car you must first return the other vehicle to stock then unlock the FlashPro.
